A Main-Street Style Shopping Center
A main-street style shopping center will serve as an amenity to the 12,000 residents and employees at Greenleigh, in addition to the 40,000 people that live within a three-mile radius of the community.
On completion, the shopping center, currently consisting of 85,000 square feet of inline retail space and a 120-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel, will add an additional 75,000 square foot grocery store and pad sites.
