The White Marsh headquarters for BGE Home Products & Services is expanding by close to 17,000 square feet this fall at the Baltimore Crossroads @95 office park.
The company will have more than 72,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at the office park once the expansion is complete. The group provides heating, venting, and cooling products for businesses and residential consumers.
BGE Home was one of the first tenants in the Crossroads @95 development off of Route 43 and Interstate 95 in White Marsh in 2007. The company then leased 55,700 square feet at 1409 Tangier Drive.
Scott Skogmo and Ed Brady of Chesapeake Real Estate Group inked BGE's new deal. The group currently manages and has built more than 700,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space there.
The Crossroads @95 office park is part of a 1,000-acre mixed-use business community in eastern Baltimore County.
Last month, St. John Properties held a groundbreaking for a 200-acre residential component to the development, the $750 million Greenleigh at Crossroads project. That development will have 1,500 residential units, 128,000 square feet of retail space, and 428,000 square feet of office space when built out in about a decade.
